Financial Controller

Financial Controller
As the Financial Controller, you will lead the finance team and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day  aspects of financial operations including regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring fiscal discipline as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
Skills & Experience: 
  • Relevant accounting experience
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Microsoft, Xero, Excel and other accounting packages
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Business Law
