What do you do in your role?
My position is Kahu Taurima Kaiawhina, it is a newly established role, with a focus on Hapu Mama and Pepi for their first 2000 days. My goal is to Tautoko Mama from her perinatal journey until Pepi transitions into Kura. I will be able to connect Mama to the services she needs to enhance her and whanau. I will build strong reliable relationships with services in our rohe, so whanau feel comfortable and confident that assistance is on its way.
What do you like about your role?
What I enjoy about my role is that I am doing what I know and love. I am in a position where I can assist whanau life by connecting them to Health providers and services.

This space is my passion, my cup feels full when I am making a connection to whanau and their Health and Wellness.
