What do you do in your role?
I am a registered nurse supporting and leading an amazing team of people that are committed to supporting adults to remain safe and well in their homes. We offer a range of services that enable this to happen – from visiting people in hospital, to showering, visits to the supermarket, preparing meals in their home and offering a friendly face and conversation. The nurses in our team support people to manage their health and wellbeing in their home.
What do you like about your role?
The people – he tangata, he tangata, he tangata. It is the respect, communication and connection with people that foster a great energy that supports service in the community
