Team Leader

What do you do in your role?

I am the operations 2IC team leader for Tuwharetoa Health. In my role I help support the operations team manager and our administrators including our finance administrators. I continue this mahi between both the Turangi and Taupo offices and provide support to our hub coordinators on the front line welcoming, meeting and greeting whanau in the waiting areas in both buildings of Tuwharetoa Health.

What do you like about your role?

I enjoy working with whanau within our community. Being able to provide administration support to our kaimahi and informing whanau of what services we can provide in the community. 

How long have you been with Tuwharetoa Health?

1 month, truly excited returning after being away for 3 years.

What made you choose to work in hauora?

I value the lives of all people. Just like the Tuwharetoa health vision “to improve the health of all who reside in the rohe of Ngāti Tuwharetoa”.
