What do you do in your role?

Finance Administrator. I support our organisation by making sure our invoices are getting paid and on time and making sure no bills are getting missed. I go through statements sent to us and if anything is missing, I follow up to get them paid ASAP.

Generate purchase order numbers for our kaimahi to purchase what they are needing. Invoice out to who holds our contracts to receive the payment for them. Process payroll for all our kaimahi and support workers.

Provide cover across our operations team.

What do you like about your role?

That its something that I’ve never done before and its different. I like that it’s a pretty independent role with responsibility and also have the support around if I need it
