What do you do in your role?
My mahi supports the Operations Team. My role includes coordinating the THCT contracts and the contract process for Kaimahi. I also take Board and EMT minutes, quality policy recording; vehicle running sheets and reconciliation, and whatever is asked of me.
What do you like about your role?
The variety of work, every day is different. Being able to share a vision for the improvement of health for everybody in the rohe. The support and Team comradeship from the Operations Team.
How long have you been with Tuwharetoa Health?
Since May 2021, 6 months.
What made you choose to work in hauora?
I was working in a hospital and looked for an opportunity to work in an organisation that was focussed on health within the Community we were relocating to.
