What do you do in your role?
I am a Well Child Tamariki Ora Nurse. I walk alongside parents and pepi from birth to around 3 years of age to support, protect and improve health. I am privileged to go into whanau homes where I assess and support with growth, development, health, wellbeing and all the parts in between.
What do you like about your role?
I am so passionate about women’s health and love pepi, having mahi where I can speak to both is amazing.
How long have you been with Tuwharetoa Health?
I started at Tuwharetoa Health in February this year. I love working for Tuwharetoa Health and feel very lucky to have landed on my feet here.
What made you choose to work in hauora?
I love having the time and resources to walk alongside whanau with a holistic health approach.
